School visits

Ellie loves coming to classrooms (virtual or in-person) and fills each session with reading, science, and art! Her visits aren't just about listening, they're about DOING! She shares fun props, artwork, science tools, and has the kids join her for some drawing too.

Prebook sales are not required but are very much encouraged and appreciated! Ellie can help arrange sales with your local bookstore or books can be purchased directly from her.

Rates

Librarians, teachers, and PTAs have shared that being upfront about rates helps them budget for visits. However, please know that there is always some flexibility and we're always happy to work with YOUR school's budget.

In-person visit

Single 45 min period

  • any number of students

  • $300

HALF DAY OPTION

  • up to three presentations

  • any number of students in each

  • No more than 20 min break between presentations

  • $700

Full day option

  • up to five presentations

  • any number of students in each

  • ​Must include time for a lunch break

  • $1200

* 50% discount to a Title 1 school's first visit with me.

Locations

 Within one hour of Seattle/ Eastside area. Travel charges apply beyond this.
